Main level — drawing pending
Living room with the gas fireplace, dining room and wet bar, kitchen with walk-in pantry and breakfast area, office, powder room, the attached two-car garage, and the rear deck.
Bedroom level — drawing pending
Primary suite with two walk-in closets and the primary bath, the private terrace off the suite, three further bedrooms, two full baths, and the laundry room.
Upper level — drawing pending
Entertaining landing, wet bar, powder room, and the separate upper terrace behind its parapet.
What the published plans will show
Geometry, not engineering
The plans published here will be simplified for buyers: room relationships and geometry, stairs and doors, the major useful dimensions, the garage and rear deck, the private terrace off the primary suite, and the separate upper terrace — each drawn at a size you can actually read, with zooming.
What they will not show is the engineering: symbols, code notes, seals, revision clouds and the dense construction annotation that belongs on a permit set. Sealed permit sheets are not marketing drawings and are not published as though they were.
Until the simplified drawings exist, nothing stands in for them. There is no decorative diagram on this page.
