What this site collects
Short version: the inquiry form, and nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party script anywhere on this site.
What is collected
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your full name, a phone number, an email address, and optionally which of three things you are asking about — a private presentation, the plan package, or a general question.
What is not collected
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no heat-mapping, no session recording and no advertising or social pixels. It loads no third-party scripts, no external stylesheets and no fonts from another domain — typefaces are served from this site itself. Nothing is shared with an advertising network, and no profile of your browsing is built.
Standard server logs kept by the hosting provider may record an IP address and browser user agent for security and abuse prevention, as they would for any website.
How it is used
Your details go to Elina Policastro and Julian Bargo so that one of them can reply to you and arrange a presentation of the property. They are used for that conversation and for the follow-up to it. They are not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are transmitted through Netlify, the platform that hosts this site, which stores the submission so it can be forwarded to the representatives. Netlify processes it as a service provider on the brokerage’s behalf. Email you send directly is handled by the ordinary email providers on both ends.
How long it is kept
Inquiry records are kept for as long as the property is being marketed and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then removed. If you ask for yours to be deleted sooner, it will be.
Your choices
You can ask what has been recorded about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to either representative and it will be handled directly — there is no ticketing system to go through.

This site is intended for adults inquiring about a property. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this statement changes, the revised version appears on this page. Material changes will be dated here.
